About The Feet of Shadows
C.S. Lewis wrote a book called The Great Divorce which, among lots of other things, has to do with a whole lot of walking. Walking where? Walking home, the eternal home, the new Jerusalem.
Maybe it's a Northern Irish thing, but I am also quite fond of a good walk. My name is Jacob, a 27-year-old Catholic convert and writer abiding in England.

I care a lot about my faith, and specifically how it helps us make progress on the road homeward. Here at the Feet of Shadows you'll find my musings and meditations on things of that matter. You can also pay a bit extra for things like The Little Sanctus List, where I give brief meditations on the lives of some saints I like, or just to support an independent Catholic writer such as I.
